You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Orders will be shipped by DHL. When your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a personal tracking code. Orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
Store pick ups are ready in store the same day. Purchased items can be picked up at our store;

- European Union: €15 (Free shipping on orders > €200) Delivery: 2 - 7 days. -- Due to obvious Covid reasons delivery times can take longer than normal --
- Outside EU: €35 (Free shipping on orders > €250) Delivery: tba.
RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return/exchange your product within 14 days of receiving the goods. Products must be returned in unused condition, all original packaging, price tags, etc. as received. Orders returned within 14 days after you've received your order are eligible for a full refund. Orders returned after this period are refunded as a store credit. You can also return your purchased items at our store (with a filled in return form). Please note: returns are for own account.
